Improvements

Added [ORDINAL_SUFFIX] dynamic field to retrieve the Utility's Rescission period as an ordinal number.

Fixes

  • Fixed a display issue in Affiliates Manager where the recurring billing behavior field did not save the selected value.
  • Added validations to ignore extra spaces on customer’s first and last name fields when attempting to renew a customer using Stormcrest API. Removed extra spaces from the database as well.
  • Correction for affiliate plans that had not inherited the latest version of a given document.
  • Solved a selection issue in the Reason Code dropdown when adding a new rule. Filtered the dropdown based on the selected utility.
  • Correction for failure at the time of importing drops from ECI.
  • Fixed an error at the time of saving a new document.
  • Resolved issue with rates that didn’t show in the web enrollment journey.
  • Fix for error at the time of deleting a prospect package.

Prospect Rejects​

With this feature, OpsAdmin enables the possibility of rejecting a contract, indicating a reason and sending a notification to the affiliate informing them of the situation.

From the Prospect Manager screen, the user can select a prospect and by clicking on the “More” button (...) access the Reject option.

A pop up appears where the user can define the reason behind the rejection and include notes:

The Dispositions dropdown is populated from the System Setup >> Global Dispositions screen, specifically, the Prospect Rejects category. Users can add/edit dispositions as needed.

After hitting “Save”, the prospect is updated to Rejected, logs are added to the database to keep track of this transaction, and it’s also possible to communicate to the affiliate of this rejection. The trigger Pricing Matrix Prospect Rejected can be associated with an Autoresponder.

When setting up an Autoresponder, the dynamic field [PROSPECT_REJECTION_REASON] retrieves all the information pertaining to the rejected reason.
